Head of Product / Testing (m/f/d) for software company

The company:

The role:
- Management and expansion of the quality engineering team
- Planning and coordination of verification and validation for software releases
- Expansion of automated test frameworks (including Playwright, Typescript, Cucumber
- Ensuring fast and reliable CI/CD pipelines
- Interface function between engineering, DevOps, product and other teams
- Responsibility for risk management and audit preparation (e.g., IEC 62304)
- Promotion of a culture of quality throughout the product and engineering departments
Requirements:
- Completed technical degree or equivalent training
- At least 10 years of experience in software quality management, including 5 years in a management position
- Proven experience in fast-growing companies
- In-depth knowledge of QA methods, tools, and processes
- Hands-on experience with Typescript/ JavaScript and testing tools such as Playwright or Cypress
- Ideally, experience in regulated industries (medtech, finance, automotive, etc.) and in audit management
The offer:
- Annual gross salary staring at €95,000 (all-in, overpayment depending on qualifications and experience
